Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform venting surely and easily by providing a venting device to the parting face part of dies and exhausting the exhaust gas cooperatively with the advancing motion of an injection cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When molten metal is sent into a cavity 7 through a pouring port 8 by opening a valve 14, the exhaust gas is exhausted through a gas exhaust port 20 by way of the venting way 9, venting groove 10, bypass 15 and gas exhaust hole 13 of the die parting face part. When the filling of molten metal into the cavity 7 nearly completes,the molten metal ascends in the venting groove 10 and closes the valve 14 by way of an injection cylinder 18 and a compression spring; at the same time, part thereof enters the bypass 15. At this time, the exhaust gas having remained is carried mostly by this and just the slight gas remains near the valve seat.
