PURPOSE:To make common units of relay transmission systems such as a broadcast program, by arranging plural fundamental units which select one line out of plural signal lines and distribute this line to plural lines and by connecting input and output lines in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Input signals from input terminals i1, i2...iN are supplied to line selecting circuit 1 consisting of switches Si1, Si2...SiN to select one arbitrary line. This selected line is input to distributing circuit 2 consisting of switches S01, S02... S0N and is distributed to an arbitrary terminal of output terminals 01, 02...03. As a result, one arbitrary line of the maximum of N-number lines can be distributed to lines of the maximum of N-number lines.
