Abstract
The circuit breaker connects the input and output terminals of a power supply system which has two input terminals and a number of output terminals for corresponding number of loads. Each output terminal (12) has an associated switching system (13) for connection to the respective input terminal in the desired mode. Each switching system becomes effective on failure of its first power source, in order to connect automatically the associated output terminal to a second power source. Each switching system has an impedance (15) of preset value, which is incorporated between one input terminal and the output terminal associated to that switching system. A second impedance (16) has a greater value than the first one and is incorporated between the other input and the respective output terminal.
