Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve anti-seismic strength of a bushing and also to reduce noise, at the same time, by providing top and bottom surfaces of a rubber vibration insulator with attaching plates made of mild steel by vulcanizing adhesion, and then by fixing the attaching plates to a tank base surface and a foundation surface, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An attenuating device is composed of a rubber vibration insulator 10 and attaching plates 11 and 12 which were vulcanizingly adhered onto top and bottom surface of the rubber vibration insulator, and the attaching plates 11 and 12 are tightly fixed to a tank base 6 and a foundation 7, respectively, by bolts. At the time of normal operation of a transformer, vibration originating from the transformer main is not conducted to the foundation since they are brought in contact with each other indirectly through the rubber 10. And therefore, vibration to be conducted to outside of a sound-proof tank is very little. On the other hand, in case when vibration is applied to the transformer main in horizontal direction by occurrence of an earthquake, as rotation displacement of the tank base surface is controlled by an attenuating device, horizontal displacement of a bushing can be prevented from becoming large even at a resonating point. And therefore, stress originating from foot of the bushing becomes small minimizing a possibliity of its breakage.
