Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the heat leakage to under the floor and to improve the start of a floor-heating panel by providing adiabatic layers above and below the heat exchanger tube inserted into the through holes of a L-shaped radiating panel, the upper adiabatic layer having a larger thermal conductivity than the lower.
CONSTITUTION: The first adiabatic layer 11 is provided above a heat exchanger tube 10, the layer 11 being made of air, or a foamy substance such as polyethylene foam having a large foaming rate, or a packing material having a comparatively large thermal conductivity. The second adiabatic layer 12 below the heat exchanger tube 10 is filled with soft urethane foam having a small thermal conductivity. Thus, the radiative ability of the upper can be improved, and the adiabatic ability of the lower surface can be improved, so that the heat leakage can be reduced.
