CONSTITUTION:The CCD chip 1 is secured to a mounted device 9 on a socket 21 on a work bench 23, and a target 5 is focused with the reference line in the visual field of a microscope 29. Light transmissive adhesive 14 is dropped on the chip 1, an optical filter 11 provided with a color streak filter makes contact therewith, is moved before hardening thereof, and a reference point 13 is matched to a target 5 in the filter. When, the CCD is irradiated, for example, by a red monochromatic light, it produces a signal output. Since only special cell is irradiated with red light if the relative position therebetween is correct, the output is high. But no light is incident to the adjacent cell, and only a dark current will be accordingly produced so that the modulation degree of the output waveform becomes large. This waveform is observed by a monitor 33. Further, the video signal of the CCD can be produced to a monitor 34 as a picture image. In this manner the positioning can be precisely executed in bonding them.
