Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The fluidized air 5 is introduced into a lower fluidized bed 1 through the intermediary of a dispersion plate 6. The heavy crude oil ash is introduced into the lower fluidized bed 1 from a nozzle 7, while additive oil 11 being also introduced into the lower fluidized bed 1 from a burner 10. Then, the heavy crude oil ash and a fluidizing medium subjected to the pre-processing of melting dissolution of the content of ammonium sulfate in the lower fluidized bed 1 rise up to an upper fluidized bed 2. Into the upper fluidized bed 2 introduced the anxiliary air 13 from the primary air nozzles 12.
