Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:The titled phosphate (salt) expressed by formula I (n is an integer 1W20).
EXAMPLE: N6-(2-aminoethyl)-adenosine-3',5'-cyclic monophsophate.
USE: An antiallergic agent.
PROCESS: After protecting the hydroxyl group at the 2'-position with an acyl group, inosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphate is reacted with phosphorus oxychloride in a solvent, e.g. diethylaniline, to give a 6-halogenopurine-9-β-D-ribofuranosyl-3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (salt) expressed by formula II (X is halogen), which is then reacted with a 1,ω-diaminoalkane of the formula H2N (CH2)nNH2 (n is an integer 1W20) at an equivalent ratio between the monophosphate and the 1,ω-diaminoalkane of 1:1.5W1:10 at room temperatureW100°C for 1Wseveral tens of hours to give the compound of formula I.
