Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a construction and reduce an installation space, by providing an injection nozzle, whose injection quantity is regulated by a humidity control means, near the heater core of an air conditioner equipped with a humidifier. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle 9 is provided near a heater core 7 in a passage branched by an air mixing gate 8, so that injected water collides against the gate and is uniformly dispersed into air flowing to the heater core. The water is quickly evaporated when the air flows through the heater core. The quantity of injection from the nozzle 9 is regulated by an operation section 13. Since the humidifying water is injected and evaporated, effective humidification can be effected by a simple construction.
