CONSTITUTION:The device number for discrimination of devices 2-5, the memory start addresss of the device, and the number of transfer bytes indicating the data volume are transmitted from control unit 1. If the device number agrees with its own number, the device stores the start address of memory 16 and the number of transfer bytes into register 15 and counter 20 respectively. All data are monitored by check circuit 14; and in case of no transmission trouble, control unit 1 transmits next data. Consequently, since data is not written in areas other than the memory area determined by the start address and the number of transfer bytes, other contents of memory 16 are not destructed even if a transmission trouble occurs.
