Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten printing accuracy and attain an enough heating temperature with a weak electrical current, by providing a resistance heating section having a printed pattern made of phosphorus-containing nickel meshing on meshing made of an insulator.
CONSTITUTION: The peripheral edge of screen meshing 14 is bonded and fixed on one side of a screen plate frame 14 while prescribed tension is applied to the meshing 14. The frame 14 has a rectangular shape and is made of a high mechanical strength material such as aluminum. The screen meshing 14 is made of an insulator such as Tetoron and nylon. A plate pattern emulsion resist 16 showing a printed pattern 15 is coated on at least one side of the meshing 14. Phosphorus-containing nickel is nonelectrolytically plated on the central part 17 of the screen meshing 14 provided with the printed pattern 15 and on a region 19 outside a rectangular electrically insulating part 18 which has a width of W1 and surrounds the central part 17 in rectangular form.
