CONSTITUTION:To the body 11 of the head formed of ceramic and the like are fitted the resistance heating element 14 and electrodes 12 and 13 for electrification of the element 14, while on the surface of the heating element 14 is directly formed the letter face 15 for type, projected with an electrically-insulated body (glass, crystallized glass and the like). The letter face 15 directly heated by the heat generated by the heating element 14 makes heat-sensitive paper be developed in accordance with the letter form thereof, thus the required printing being performed.
