Abstract
PURPOSE:To restrain the temperature transferred to a fragile material low to make it possible to weld the bonding part near the bonding part dependent upon the fragile material, by welding the bonding part between the fragile material and the welding base material at many points in the direction parallel with end parts of the bonding part above by laser light. CONSTITUTION:Laser light is condensed and irradiated to welding part 5 to perform laser welding. The size of each point of welding part 5 is made so small that heating dependent upon thermal energy condensed to welding part 5 may be as small as possible to prevent heating transferred to welding base material 2 from reaching hermetic seal 3, and the number of points is increased to compensate strength. The welding position is arranged on line B parallel with end face A of the bonding part between hermetic seal 3 and welding base material 2. Since it is sufficient if welding base material 2 and welded material 1 are brought into contact with each other simply, force applied to hermetic seal 3 can be very small.
