Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an immersing tank and shorten time necessary for insulating treatment by a mechanism wherein U-shaped nozzles along the forms of winding ends are opposed to the winding ends and powdered resin is blown conducting and heating winding when the winding ends are insulated with the while powdered resin. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 to which winding 3 is wound is installed so that winding ends are located at upper and lower positions, and U-shaped nozzles 7 are arranged in rotatable shapes, being opposed to winding ends 3A at the lower side. The nozzles 7 are communicated with a powdered resin feed tank 10 through arm pipes 8, a branch joint 9 and a transportation pipe 11, compressed air 15 is sent into the feed tank 10, conducting and heating the winding 3, and powdered resin 14 is blown from injection holes 6. Thus, an immersion tank and a drying furnace are removed, and insulating layers with no void can be formed.
