Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove a film simply by fusing the film for preventing the adhesion of varnish by means of a heating wire mounted onto a lead cable after treatment with varnish. CONSTITUTION:A linear heating member 7 is disposed on a surface of a bark 4 of a lead cable 2 connected to a coil 1 along the longitudinal direction. The cable is coverted with a film member 8 having thermal contractiveness so as to expose both ends 7a, 7b of the heating member 7 from the outside, the film member is heated and contracted and the bark 4 is sealed. When varnish impregnating treatment is conducted under this condition, the adhesion of varnish on the bark 4 can be prevented. Electricity is conducted to the heating member 7 after impregnating treatment, and the film member 8 is fused by the generation of heat, thus simply removing the film member 8.
