Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent layer shortcircuit between a coil and its both ends as well as to eliminate material loss by connecting current carrying sections of lead wires and the coil ends with a current carrying section of a flexible print substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Current carrying sections 6 of lead wires 5 are soldered to lands 8 which have been printed on a flexible print substrate 7. The substrate 7 with the lead wires 5 soldered on it is placed on a insulation tape wrapped around a coil, then the substrate 7 is wrapped by an insulation tape after the presoldered both ends of the coil are soldered to lands 9. By so doing, only the minimum length of the coil ends necessary for practical use is required, thus not only economizing material but also completely preventing layer shortcircuit between the coil and its both ends due to unnecessarily long coil ends.
