Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the insulation property at the end portion of a winding by a simple process, by randomly winding thermally-welding insulating wire to an iron core, then, welding the pieces of wire in a winding together by conducting the current through the winding and heating it in a fluid immersion tank, and melting powder resin and attaching it on the surface of the winding. CONSTITUTION:After thermally-welding insulating-wire is randomly wound around an iron core 1, it is immersed into a fluid tank 13 in which resinous insulating powder 12 is suspended. Then, a current is conducted through a coil, and the pieces of thermally-welding insulating wire are welded, and the resinous insulating powder 12 is attached to the coil end 11, connecting wire, and the like, thereby an insulating layer is formed. In this method, since the wire welding and the insulation layers can be formed by one process, the assembling process can be made simple, and an insulating feature can be improved.
