Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain stable magnetic-field intensity by freely reducing the magnetic resistance of a magnetic circuit according to a decrease in magnetomotive force due to the demagnetizing of a permanent magnet.
CONSTITUTION: Process fluid 2 protects permanent magnet 1 from heating and heat insulator 5 is provided for heat insulation.
