Under these operating condition, the suction passage pressure receiving chamber 174 in a valve driving means 17 is applied by the negative pressure in the suction passage 6 by means of the release action of a check valve 20 and the standard pressure receiving chamber 173 is applied by the positive pressure in a compressor 101.
