Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the double surface treated material having a superior durability and corrosion resistance, by applying the glass lining on the surface of material metal by a fixed method after forming the osmoitc alloy layer and coating having resistance against a high temperature oxidative property on the surface of the material metal.
CONSTITUTION: Osmotic treatment is given on the surface of material metal (for example, the pipe to be treated 1) by using Cr, Al, Si etc. and the osmotic alloy layer and coating 2 having resistance against a high temperature oxidative property, are formed on the material metal. Next, the frit coating layer 3 is formed on the inner and outer surface of the pipe 1 formed the osmotic alloy layer and coating 2 and is dried. Then, the pipe 4 formed the layer 3, is placed in the high frequency induction heating coil 5 having set up inner diameter so as to maintain a fixed space with the outer diameter of the pipe 4 and the material metal tube is heated by turning an electric current on the pipe 4 and the layer 3 is heated and temperature is raised from the contacting face with the tube 1 toward the direction of surface layer face and then, the glass lining layer is formed by baking.
