Abstract
PURPOSE: To get an element that can stably irradiate far infrared rays, by coating the surface of a metal pipe with alloys such as Ni-Cr and spraying metal such as Fe203 over the coating and treating the pipe at 700∼1,000°C.
CONSTITUTION: The surface 1 of a metal pipe of sheathed heater is coated with Ni-Cr through plasma spraying. Then a mixture of 30wt% of Ni-Cr-Al, 65wt% of Zr02 and 5wt% of CaO is spryed on it to form a coating layer 7, then this is heated at 700∼1,000°C to increase the density of radiation energy
