Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the stability of amplifying circuit and distotion factor, by constituting a capacitor one end of which is connected to the output terminal of the amplifier with a P-N junction capacitive element and taking the capacitance value larger. CONSTITUTION:The 1st negative feedback circuit consisting of a series circuit of a capacitor C1 and a resistor R1 is provided between the input terminal of a driving stage voltage amplifying circuit and the output terminal of an output stage power amplifying circuit 3 as a negative feedback circuit, and the 2nd negative feedback circuit consisting of a capacitor C2' is provided between the input and output terminals of a driving stage voltage amplifying circuit 2. In forming the capacitor C2 in a monolythic IC, as a P-N junction capacitive element constituted by using the base and emitter junction of a transistor, the capacitance value is set as greater as 10 times the value of the capacitor C1.
