CONSTITUTION:Reference resistance R1 is connected between the base and the emitter of TrQ, and multiplying resistance R2 and capacitor C1 are connected between the collector and the base, and input voltage V1 is applied to the emitter, and output voltage V2 is taken out from the collector. When the voltage across the base and the emitter is denoted as VBE, level shift voltages VS in a DC satisfies expression Vs=(R1+R2)XVBE/R1. Then, if resistances R1 and R2 are selected properly, a desired voltage can be subjected to level shift. Here, by selecting capacitor C1 properly, level shift of a desired freuquency characteristic can be obtained.
