Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a high precision and to make this constitution into an IC easily by controlling a switching element by the output of a load circuit and giving a constitution where the reference voltage and the off voltage can be set independently. CONSTITUTION:Input signal I is supplied to the base of transistor TrQ11, and voltage VOFF which is obtained by dividing the voltage across power supply VCC and the earth by resistances R11 and R12 is supplied to the base of TrQ12, and voltage VON which is obtained by dividing the voltage across power supply VCC and the earth by resistances R13 and R14 is supplied to the base of TrQ13. Then, resistance R16 is connected to the common emitter of transistors, and load circuit 11 is provided in the collector side, and the collector of switching element Q14 is connected to the reference voltage VON point in the base side of TrQ13, and TrQ14 is controlled by the output of circuit 11. As a result, a high precision can be obtained and this constitution can be made into an IC easily because of the constitution where reference voltage VON and off voltage VOFF can be set independently.
