Abstract
PURPOSE:To give amplification operation and to make the size small, by providing an active element like transistors and inductive elements having specific frequency characteristics connected to the common terminal of it. CONSTITUTION:An input signal (a) is fed to the base terminal of a transistor 1 and a bias resistor 2 and an inductance 3 are inserted in series to the collector side, and a bias resistor 4 and a capacitor 5 are inserted to the emitter in parallel. Thus, the output (c) from the emitter side is lowered as the frequency is higher as shown in curve C due to the capacitance 5 connected to the emitter, and on the contrary, the output signal (b) from the collector side is increased as the frequency is higher as shown in curve B due to the capacitor 5 and the inductance 3 at the collector side. Further, the characteristics to the input signal (a) is shown in A. Thus, the amplification operation can be accomplished with a small size and a branching filter for frequency separation used for frequency split multiplex communication can be obtained.
