Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of external terminals, by producing the change- over voltage of the other side by a reverse amplifying circuit to which the change- over voltage of one side is applied through the input. CONSTITUTION:The 1st change-over voltage E1 is produced by the resistances R8 R9, and the 2nd change-over voltage E2 is produced at the output side of a differential amplifier 1. When the output voltage VOUT has a relation of VOUT E1, E2 to the change-over voltages E1 and E2, the transistors Q6 and Q8 are turned off. The transistor Q6 is turned on in the case of E1<VOUT<E2; while the transistors Q6 and Q8 are turned on in the case of E1, E2<VOUT. Thus the gain VOUT/VIN of an amplifying circuit is switched successively. As a result, two change-over voltages E1 and E2 can be obtained with an external terminal to reduce the number of external parts.
