When the output voltage VOUT has a relation of VOUT E1, E2 to the change-over voltages E1 and E2, the transistors Q6 and Q8 are turned off. The transistor Q6 is turned on in the case of E1<VOUT<E2; while the transistors Q6 and Q8 are turned on in the case of E1, E2<VOUT. Thus the gain VOUT/VIN of an amplifying circuit is switched successively. As a result, two change-over voltages E1 and E2 can be obtained with an external terminal to reduce the number of external parts.
