Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a high-speed comparison of the minute voltage by forming the circuit with the differential amplifier, the FF plus the load resistance connecting the former two units. CONSTITUTION:First, a low level is secured for terminal 107 of FF block B1, and the terminal 107 is connected to the signal sources of terminals 101 and 102 of differential amplifier block A1. As a result, only block A1 is activated, and thus the difference of the signals is amplified to cause the output at terminals 103 and 104 each. Then the voltage is applied to terminal 107 to give the conduction to MOSFET121, and as a result MOSFET19 and 120 are activated each in the form of FF. And the FET of which the gate is connected to the higher side of the voltage conducts first, and accordingly the voltage of the output terminal connected to the FET lowers suddently. While the voltage of the other output terminal keeps a high potential.
