CONSTITUTION:A signal detecting part 55 made of a magnetic substance is fixed at the tip of a cantilever 53 made of a magnetic substance. For the bottom surface of the part 55, a magnetic part 4 and a nonmagnetic part 5 are provided alternately to use the bottom surface for an opposite surface to a recording carrier 57 on which the information signal is recorded.
