Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a counter circuit suitable for its integration while decreasing the number of elements, by composing an inverter circuit for synchronizing pulse control and a transmission gate of FETs. CONSTITUTION:An N channel FET21 is connected in parallel to a P channel FET22 to constitute a transmission gate wherein count pulses Q1 and Q2' are supplied to gate electrodes. At the common-connected drain side of those FETs 21 and 22, i.e., the output terminal of the transmission gate, an inverter circuit for synchronizing pulse control is provided. This inverter circuit is fabricated of the series FET circuit of two N channel FETs 23 and 24 and another series FET circuit of two P channel FETs 25 and 26. Then, gate electrodes of the FETs 24 and 25 are connected to the output terminal of the transmission gate, and pulses Q1 and Q1' are supplied to gates of the FETs 23 and 26.
