In accordance with the logical value of an input pulse 4, logical circuits 8 and 9 supply a clock pulse corresponding to the region signal among plural types of clock pulses 13 to the counter 11 in the form of a rising count pulse 14 or a falling count pulse 15. Thus the counting value is varied for the counter 11.
