Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize electric and ceramic qualities by producing a material using pebbles made of zirconium oxide and a vibratory mill while controlling a size of pulverized particles. CONSTITUTION:When producing ceramics from a solid solution comprising three components; Pb(A ,Nb )O3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3 (A=Mg, Sn), in the process of pulverizing after uniform mixing and preliminary calcination, pulverized particles are fromed to have an average size of 3.5-4.2mum with the vibratory mill using the pebbles made of zirconium oxide as a medium. By so doing, it becomes possible to make density, pore size and crystal size of the calcined ceramics constant.
