Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of a magnetic characteristic without loosing moldability by a method wherein powders which are of over 1.0mum and under 1.0mum in average grain size are mixed up to mold a magnetic field and sintered, in the grinding process of MO.6Fe2O3 (M is a kind of Ba, Sr and Pb.). CONSTITUTION:Raw materials BaCO3 and Fe2O3 are weighed, mixed with alumina for inhibiting a crystal growth such as calcium carbonate for accelerating ferrous and baked primarily and then, ground by means of a wet grinder to obtain the powders whose average grain sizes are over 1.0mum and under 1.0mum. The both powders are mixed up together to mold the field and to be sintered. Thereby, the orientation degree and density can be improved and the magnetic characteristic enables to largely be improved.
