Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-precision function of switching by permitting the circuit to turn on input-output terminals when a switching signal applied to the source of MISFET is at ''1'' and to turn off when at ''0''. CONSTITUTION:At source S, MISFETM is applied with switching signal SW of ''1'' or ''0'' from terminal 3 of control circuit K. When signal SW is at ''1'', voltage VON turning on FETM is applied to source S from input terminal T1 through circuit K, setting an on-state between input terminal T1 and output terminal T2. When signal SW is at ''0'', FETQ2 is turned on to apply voltage VOFF, turning off FETM to source S of FETM from circuit K, and consequently FETM is turned off to set an off-state between input terminal T1 and terminal T2. Thus, the high- precision switching function is obtained without developing across load 2 at terminal T a fluctuating voltage which may cause noise.
