Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform faithful mirror driving by electromagnetic braking effect by providing a mirror to a plane driving voice coil, and disposing the same in parallel magnetic fields. CONSTITUTION:A plane driving voice coil 5 is provided via an insulation plate 2 to the back of a mirror 4 supported by supporting parts 3, which are fulcrums, within the parallel magnetic fields in which a magnetic pole 1 is N pole and a magnetic pole 1' is S pole. The lead-out wires 6, 6' of the voice coil 5 are derived to the outside and the signal is inputted by a control circuit 7. The voice coil 5 is of roughly a symmetrical shape with respect to the supporting parts 3 which are the turning fulcrums of the mirror, and when current flows, force of couple is generated pivoting at the parts 3. Reduced moment of inertia is resulted from the integration of the front and back of the mirror 4 and the coil 5 into one piece, and since the conductor parts of the mirror 4 and the conductor parts of the voice coil are installed in the parallel magnetic fields, the driving faithful up to high-frequency bands is accomplised.
