Abstract
PURPOSE:To devise methods to make a low-temperature environmental laboratory equipment heat-proof, moistureproof, moisture-condensation-proof, soundproof, vibration-proof and the like by connecting the circulating system which sucks the air in the down-stream area of a laboratory and cools the same before returning the same to the laboratory and the system which air-conditions the air in the downstream area of the laboratory and circulates the same to the upstream area. CONSTITUTION:The floor portion of an environmental laboratory 1 is provided with a roller 10 capable of revolution with drive wheels of an automobile placed thereon and a flexible hose 11 to lead the automobile exhaust out of the system. The air in the downstream area of the laboratory 1 is sucked by means of a fan 2 through an air-current controlling means 9 and cooled in an air cooler 3 before being returned to the laboratory 1 from a blowoff port 4 through vanes 14 and 15 having a sound silencing function. Connected to said system is, as an auxiliary circulation system, a system which air-conditions the air from a suction port 22 by means of an air conditioner 5 containing a fan 23, a heater 24, a cooling coil 25 and a filter 26 and returns said air to the upstream area of the laboratory from a blowoff port 20. Thereby, low-temperature conditions of large air flow, temperature of 30 deg.C below zero and a wind velocity of 130Km/hr, can be accurately and stably realized in an energy conserving manner.
