Abstract
PURPOSE:To give the gain independently of the variance of the conversion efficiency of a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, without gain adjustment, by feeding back the correction light to the photoelectric conversion elements. CONSTITUTION:The output of the photoelectric conversion elements 12 is inputted to the band pass filters 16, 18 via the amplifier 14. The output of the filter 16 is inputted to the signal processing section 20 and the output of the filter 18 is inputted to the rectifier circuit 22. The output of the circuit 22 is inputted to the comparison amplifier 24. The reference signal A3 from the reference source 26 is inputted to the amplifier 24, and the output of the amplifier 24 is inputted to the photoelectric conversion controlling section 28. The stable and prescribed gain independently of the variance of the gain of the elements 12 at replacement can be obtained, by giving feedback to the elements 12 and controlling the signal of the corrected light 44 so that it is in coincidence with the reference signal.
