Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable stable operation even at >=1MHz of the oscillation frequency, by detecting the capacitor voltage with the switching circuit having the hysteresis characteristics and repeating on/off. CONSTITUTION:When transistors 1, 2 constituting a switching circuit having hysteresis characteristics are off, the current IO flowing to the reference current source 20 flows equally to transistors (TR) 16, 17, 26-29, and 2IO is fed from the power supply line via the differential switching TR18 and the capacitor 21 is charged up with IO. Further, the TRs 1, 2 are on with the increased potential of the capacitor 21, the TR3 is off and the base potential of the differential switching TR19 is increased and the charge of the capacitor 5 is discharged with the current of IO via the TR19. Further, if the potential of the capacitor 5 is lowered, the TRs 1, 2 are off, similar operation is repeated for the repetition of the oscillation.
