Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by operating a constant-current driving circuit only for constant times before and after the switching operation time of a current switching circuit which switching the current supply between a differential amplifier and a latch holding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant-current source 2 is used as a pulselike current source circuit which operates according to the level of a clock pulse Vt supplied from a pulse voltage source 20. Then, supply currents to differential amplifiers 12a and 12b, and latch holding circuits 14a and 14b are alternated by current switch circuits 16a and 16b, but the clock pulse Vt is made to rise only for constant times before and after its switching operation times to turn on a transistor 17, putting the constant-current source 2 in operation.
