Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by operating a constant-current driving circuit only for constant times before and after the switching operation time of a current switching circuit which switching the current supply between a differential amplifier and a latch holding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant-current source 2 is used as a pulselike current source circuit which operates according to the level of a clock pulse Vt supplied from a pulse voltage source 20.
