Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the voltage margin and to accelerate the transient time in order to ensure a high-speed operation by giving the over-driving to the TTL (transistor-transistor logic) output step by the output of the differential circuit at the signal switching time. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of transistor T2 among T1 and T2 composing the current switch is controlled by the output of the current switch, and transistor T4 transmitted to the TTL output step is connected to the output of the current switch. At the same time, the differential circuit of T3, C1 and R3 which differentiate the output is provided at the other output terminal of the current switch. Then the over-driving is given to TTL output step at the signal switching time by the output of the differential circuit. As a result, the voltage margin is increased with the accelerated transient time, thus ensuring a high-speed operation.
