Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and simplify circuits by constituting a power surce circuit for a DC low voltage circuit by the utilization of the gate current of an electric power control element and constituting a control circuits for gates on the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:While transistors 13, 14 are both off, gate current flows to a TRIAC4 through its gate, thereby turning the TRIAC4 on. At the same time, a capacitior 10 is charged by this gate current. Next, the gate current of the TRIAC4 is by-passed by the transistors (TRs) 13, 14, and therefore the TRIAC4 goes off. Even in this state, the capacitor 10 is charged by the current flowing through the TR14. The TR14 goes on when the current A is flowing and the TR13 goes on when the current B is flowing.
