The rotor 61 of an induction motor 6 revolves as a speed of >= synchronous rotating speed and the motor 6 provides induction generation effect, thereby inducing regentative electric power. The greater portion of the driving power is recovered as electric power by the system of converting said driving power to the internal loss, power generation output, etc. of the current joint and generator, and the driving power testing of less heat losses is accomplished.
