Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a prescribed thickness constantly at a beam center even when the position of stoppage of the reference plate is slipped by fitting the reference plate to an arm so as for the direction of processing of the reference plane thereof to accord with the direction of action thereof.
CONSTITUTION: The base end part of the arm 6 is fitted to a rotary solenoid 5 and further the reference plate 7 having a prescribed thickness is fitted to the tip of the arm 6 so as for the direction of processing of the reference plane of the reference plate to accord with the direction of action, i.e. the direction of rotation thereof.
