When the rotation adjusting member 17 comes to that position, the rotation adjusting member 17 comes to that position, the screw 22 is clamped to perform positioning of the rotation adjusting member 17. Then, a keep screw 32 is released, a slide adjusting member 18 is slided along the sliding a groove 30 by a distance corresponding the unbalanced quantity in correspondence to a slide scale 33, and then the slide adjusting member 18 is fixed again by the keep screw 32.
