Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the process efficiently, by providing three kinds of variable constant, namely, constants which can be always changed in on-line or peculiar constants, constants which are connected and used from the external of the device and can be set and changed, and constants which cannot be changed during the process control operation. CONSTITUTION:Control device 1 performs proportion, integration, and differentiation PID controls, and plural devices are prepared in the system cabinet for kinds and the number of control variables. General device 2 performs plural kinds of complicated auxiliary operation and performs switching for the drum level, the pressure of the differential pressure type flow rate, the temperature, density correction, range, and so on. Further, variable constant setting device 3 is used by devices 1 as well as 2 and sets and displays fixed variable constants for respective devices. Automatic/ manual switching is performed in controller logic module 4. Three kinds of variable constant, namely, constants which can be always changed in on-line, constants which are connected and used from the external of the device and can be set and changed, and constants which cannot be changed during the control operation are provided in this manner to control the process efficiently.
