Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic starting, highly controllable, and labor saving concentrator equipment, a means is provided to control steam supply to increase, regulate, or stop, depending on whether or not detected concentrator temperature is lower, adequate, or higher than specified range of values.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature of concentrator for nuclear power plant, for example, is mesured by elements 29 and put in high or low input selectors 42, 43. Output from the selector 43 is monitored 401, and if the measured temperature is below specified value range, a change-ratio controller 50 signals a switch 491 to control a steam quantity control valve 11. At the input of automatic operation start instruction 55, the change-ratio controller 50 puts out signal to raise temperature without causing thermal shock. When output from the selector 43 reaches the temperature of the specified value or above, the switch is changed from start to normal operation mode. To maintain the operation temperature within the specified range, the valve is controlled by the differential signal from the specified value, and steam flow rate signal from a square root calculator 46. Output from the selector 42 is monitored 402, and if it exceeds the specified range, the valve 11 is fully closed.
