Abstract

PURPOSE:To treat economically and effciently dyeing-related liquids by compressing steam generated in an evaporating chamber for concentrating used dyeing liquids etc., sending the compressed steam back to the evaporating chamber, and taking out drained water and concentrated liquids. CONSTITUTION:For example, dyeing liquids, used for the wooden veneer dyeing treatments such as degreasing, decolorization, washing by hot water and dyeing, are supplied into an evaporating chamber 1 from a dyeing stage 6 through a pipe 7. The dyeing liquids are heated therein by a heating part 2 provided in the chamber 1, and concentrated. The steam evaporated in the chamber 1 is compressed and heated by a compressor 3 connected with the chamber 1 through a pipe 8, and sent back to the chamber 1. In this way, by heating the dyeing liquids in the chamber 1, the entire apparatus is turned into an energy-saving apparatus. The drained water distilled in the chamber 1 is taken out through a discharging pipe 4, and stored in a tank 9. In addition, the concentrated liquid concentrated in the chamber 1 is sucked by a pump 10, sent to a tank 11 through a discharging pipe 5, and treated thereafter by combustion etc.

Used dyeing solutions have high BOD and COD values, so they cannot be directly discharged into rivers, and various wastewater treatments have been carried out in the past. For example, the dyeing solution used after dyeing heavy wood boards requires special water treatment and cannot meet wastewater standards using standard treatment methods, so it is treated using special methods such as activated carbon adsorption. This method has the disadvantage of being relatively expensive.

In addition, wood treatment solutions are generally treated with water, dilution, etc., but this method has the disadvantage that the concentration of the treatment solution is too high, requiring a lot of water sprinkling, making it difficult to treat. The problem is that the concentration of the processing liquid is too low to perform the processing by burning the processing liquid, resulting in poor efficiency.

The evaporation chamber (1) is provided with a heating section (2) heated by steam, which heats and concentrates the dye solution supplied into the evaporation chamber (1). In addition, a compressor (3) is connected to the evaporation chamber (1) through a connecting pipe (8), and the vapor evaporated from the surface of the dyeing solution is compressed and heated by the compressor (3). It is returned to the evaporation chamber (1) again. In this way, by heating the steam again in the compressor (3) and using this steam as a heat source 2 to heat the dye solution in the evaporation chamber (1), the entire equipment can be made into an energy-saving facility. It is something. In this way, the distilled ice is distilled in the evaporation chamber (1'i) and the ice is removed from the ice pipe (4).
After that, it is stored in the intashif (9) and used again as a treatment solution for degreasing, bleaching, hot water washing, dyeing, etc. of veneers. In addition, the concentrated liquid concentrated in the evaporation chamber (1) is sucked through the small-7'J5a, a, and the concentrated liquid extraction pipe (5)

Figure 2 shows the temperature of the liquid in the evaporation chamber (1) as sen + j' - (1,
'J to detect the electrical signal and send it to the controller (14)
[Furthermore,] the flow rate is determined by the command from the controller I4). The pulp at the d node 0υ is adjusted to change the amount of steam supplied to maintain the liquid temperature in the steam chamber (1) at an optimum temperature. In other words, this vapor recompression equipment, which heats the steam chamber (1) by recompressing the vapor with the compressor (3), uses the evaporated steam in the steam chamber (1) in principle. Therefore, the reaction of the entire system was extremely slow, and in addition, since the heating source was a constant supply of steam, 1) the thermal balance was different between the start of operation and the time of stable operation of the equipment; It is necessary to slightly change the set value of the liquid temperature in the steam chamber (1). 2) If there is a difference in the temperature of the dyeing solution supplied when the supply amount of the dyeing solution is changed, the heat balance will change and the steam supply amount will be changed again to λi.
+JJZ needs to be done. Furthermore, 3) the dye temperature and evaporation temperature vary depending on the components of the dye solution, and it is necessary to adjust the conditions. Therefore, in the dyeing solution processing apparatus shown in FIG. and the controller (4) are electrically connected, and a cold air connection is made between the controller 0 (1) and the flow rate adjustment unit u0 attached to the steam supply pipe CI, and the temperature of the dyeing solution is detected by the sensor C13. The electric signal is transmitted to the controller 04) to adjust the pulse of the flow rate adjustment section 09, thereby adjusting the amount of steam supplied to the evaporation chamber (1). Steam supply device (18)
The 8-control system combines a commonly used controller low having a differential-integral circuit and a t-strass to adjust the amount of steam supplied with high precision.

Therefore, by adjusting the amount of steam supplied depending on the temperature of the dye solution in the evaporation chamber (1),
Steam is supplied to the evaporation chamber (1) in response to the difference in liquid temperature at the start and during stable operation, 2) for supplying the dyeing liquid and the difference in liquid temperature, or 3) for the difference in boiling temperature of the dyeing liquid. It is possible to adjust the amount of water to be supplied, eliminate manual adjustment work, and perform stable distillation.

As described above, the present invention provides a compressor that includes a heating section that heats the evaporation chamber in the evaporation chamber to which the used dye solution is supplied, and compresses and heats the vapor evaporated in the evaporation chamber and returns it to the evaporation chamber. is connected to the evaporation chamber, and the evaporation chamber is connected to the evaporation chamber to take out the distilled water, and the 4-liquid extraction tube is connected to the evaporation chamber. The used dyeing solution is drained in the evaporation chamber and separated into in-water and concentrated liquid, and the drain-in water can be taken out from the train water outlet pipe and reused for dyeing.
The II crystalline liquid is taken out from the concentrate extraction tube, and since this concentrated A)6 liquid is extremely less abrasive (fishing/]-〇) compared to the conventional method, it is simply processed using the I5 method. It is something that can be done. In addition, the steam evaporated from the liquid surface of the candy dyeing solution is compressed and heated in the evaporation chamber by a compressor, and this steam is used as a heat source to heat the dyeing solution, which saves energy for the entire device. − It is possible to aim for
