Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the response and as well as stability in temperature and humidity control by a method wherein the opening degrees of respective controlling valves of a heating unit, a humidifying unit and a cooling unit are controlled with different control constants in accordance with the combination of the state of opening degrees of said respective controlling valves. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 90A and 90B, each of which consisting of four controllers having the optimum control constant for each state of the four conditions shown in Table 2 and a change-over device 160 changing-over the output of the four controllers are provided. The circuits 90A and 90B are respectively inputted with temperature 11 from a transducer 71, humidity 12 from a transducer 72, temperature set value 21 from a temperature setter 81 and humidity set value 22 from a humidity setter 82. Manipulated values 41 and 42 respectively from the circuits 90A and 90B are inputted to a valve controlling device 130, which, after that, outputs controlling signals 171, 172 and 173 controlling the controlling valves 181, 182 and 183 of the heating unit, of the humidifying unit and of the cooling unit respectively. At the same time, the manipulated values 41 and 42 are respectively inputted to the controller selecting device 150 in the circuits 90A and 90B in order to issue change-over signal, which is sent to a change-over device ?160 in order to select one of the four controllers 100.
