Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease a load by providing a special opening and closing valve in a commumicating path for sending cooling gas in a compression chamber to an intake chamber, sending the cooling gas in the compression chamber to the intake chamber at high speed running, and reducing maximum pressure in the compression chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When the rotation speed of a crank shaft becomes high, the pressure difference between the intake chamber 6 and the output side of an evaporator increases due to the resistance in an outside piping system. Owing to said pressure difference, the spool 22 of the opening and closing valve 16 which is provided in the middle of the communicating path 18 is slidden, through which the cooling gas in the compression chamber 2 is sent to the intake chamber 6 resisting against a spring force 23 to the right hand side. A ring shaped path 21 on one side is communicated to the communicating path 18 to form an open position, and the spool 22 is kept at an open position.
