Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the working accuracy of material and improve working efficiency by detecting by length of the material to be treated and intermittiently conveying the same.
CONSTITUTION: When a push-button switch is pushed, conveying rollers 16 run and a material 7 is continuously conveyed at a constant speed. When length setting rollers 18 end the rotations corresponding to the set length, these are transmitted to a rorary trnasducer. The transducer converts these instantaneously to pulses and transmits the pulses to a driving motor 20 which in turn applied the brake. Then, the conveying rollers 16 are stopped for a fixed time by the operation of a tomer; at the same time, the conveyed material 7 is heated with a high-frequency heating coil 6, and this heated material 7 having gone through a spreading length adjuster 4 is cut with a cutting member 24.
