Abstract

By making the ON time of the feeding motor 1 agree with the winding length of a belt type material 6, a belt type material 6 is run for a fixed length. Since a roller 15 for the winding use is connected with a motor 11 for the winding use through a powder clutch 13, as the belt type material 6 is wound, the speed of the winding motor 11 is reduced by means of the powder clutch 13 to wind the belt type material 6 with a certain tightness. When the feeding motor 1 is stopped, a cutter 19 is operated to cut off the belt type material 6.
